USA Defeats Canada 42 1/2 - 25 1/2

Team USA beat Team Canada 42 1/2 to 25 1/2 to win the Haider Cup at Walt Disney World golf courses. An emotional tribute to Marhum Arif Peera was followed by presentation after the round. Coincidentally, 42 1/2 was the age of Marhum Arif when he passed away in December. The ceremony was attended by Marhum's family and friends from Los Angeles, Orlando and various other cities. A special putting contest to raise funds for ZCSS on behalf of Marhum Arif was also held. Players also contributed funds to ZCSS and Union Sports Club of Orlando donated to the charity as well.
